HYPERSEAL®-EXPERT-150 is an innovative polyurethane mastic for sealing expansion contraction joints. It is designed to provide a sealing mastic with almost zero tendency to swell under very difficult weather conditions. The material has excellent thixotropy and can be applied to very large vertical joints. It polymerizes through a reaction with the humidity of the atmosphere and produces mastic with a low modulus of elasticity (50% joint movement accommodation factor) with excellent adhesion to substrates traditionally difficult for polyurethane, such as glass, aluminum, polycarbonates, etc. The extrusion and application of the mastic (with propellant gun) remain as easy regardless of the climatic conditions, so mastic is easy to use even during the winter months at very low temperatures.
